Inventory: The Same

Busy day today, so just the inventory data. As you can see the overall inventory numbers for Alameda continue to remain flat, not much change or fluctuation. Looking at sales in both the 94501 and 94502 they continue to be slow with just 23 sales recorded so far for the month. Even though the month is over it will take a few days for all the sales to post to the MLS, so I will have a run down of how sales performed later in the week.
